Wi-Fi doesnt want to work

Hello guys, I bought my SGS 4 9505 before 2 days and I still cant find a solution for this problem. I've flashed 2 modems, the last one was those: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B2liy7wkwCSJVTgtZmlkX0EwbTQ/edit?pli=1, before 10 mins I did a factory reset but still I cant use my Wi- Fi. Whats exactly the problem is ? Well, when I turn on my Wi Fi (nevermind from where - slide menu or settings menu) it doesnt want to start. When I turn it on from settings menu, the slider changes from 0 to 1 (but not in green, staying gray) and for 5-10 seconds it says: "Turning on..." adn then the slider (which is on top,right) from gray (dark) 1 go to 0 again. When I try from Slide menu, it happens NOTHING. The color of line under the wi-fi picture is dark (smooth) green and it doesnt change.
If there is someone who can help me I will gratefull. Thank you previously.

In that case, which modem ? I will try to avoid flashing new ROM, becuase somewhere I have read that they are still not stable and most of them prefers Stock rom
