Wifi problem will not turn on!

I am running CM 10.2.1(Stable) with Android 4.3.1 (BB: T999UVUEMJC). Clean install. And having a lot of Wi-fi problems.
My Wi-fi will not even turn ON “ To see available networks, turn on Wi-fi on.” Message appears at all times.

After flashing this baseband my Wi-fi turned on got connected and obtained an IP address successfully but other than that I could never get Wi-fi to work.

FXR Wi-fi Fixer also freezes at “Deleting profiles/ Reading profiles”

Any help>??< DOC HELP ME !!!

Doc, this is the swapped motherboard, if you are following my story.

So do I understand right that you have 4.3 Baseband and CM 10 ? If so then only 4.3 Baseband will provide valid WiFi. Unless you flash an insecure Kernel.

You probably need to fully update the firmware. The 4.3 modem may not work w/o 4.3 firmware along with it. (I remember about the swapped motherboard, but that's about it right now. I get at least 10 PM's a day for help, and not to mention all the threads here, so it gets all mixed up in my head sometimes!)

Which firmware was that ?

If you did do clean install with the latest firmware and yet have the issue. Then possibly its a hardware issue.

Yea was a clean wipe.

Firmware: T999UVUENC2 Build Date: 08.03.2014

Might be a hardware issue. but i replaced the wifi antenna and still no luck. So it might be the motherboard end of the wifi connection.

I will keep trying to fix this :)

If you are 100% stock, and factory reset it, and it still isn't working it may well be a hw issue. If you are up to trying it though, try flashing the TW MJ2 kernel. Check some of the 4.3 rom OP's for a link. If you can't find it let us know.
Since you restored the android though, it may have just restored the problem. I suggest trying the kernel I mentioned if you're on TW, otherwise try another rom and/or kernel. Try kt747 kernel if not on TW.

Wasn't able to locate TW MJ2 Kernel. Can you please link me. All go to stock 4.3 and free that kernel see if it solves that wifi issue. Also is there any way i can get rid of :

SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE
Warranty Bit: 1
BOOTLOADER AP SWREV: 1

Giving me tons of errors when trying to flash roms.

MJ2 kernel here: http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23212708291680810

As for the Download Mode stuff, no you cannot get rid of any of it. If you are having problems flashing anything though, that wont be the reason.
