Hi. My Widevine has suddenly become L3. I didn't do anything on my end. I'm on v3.19 firmware. I've tried everything - factory reset, downgrade to v3.12 yet it still has L3. Does any of you know how to get it back to L1? Thanks!

Update: I managed to get it back to L1 after rooting but Amazon Prime won't play HD videos anymore. *sigh*

@batuken Hi bro

I fixed mine

- Get a fresh init_boot.img from the 318update.zip (get from 418 if yo are on EU firmware)
- Patched the fresh init_boot.img in magisk for root getting (WHATEVERFILENAMEITIS.img)
- Rebooted to fastboot (not fastbootD)
- Flash the fresh init_boot.img you just extracted from the update.zip with: fastboot flash init_boot init_boot.img
- Rebooted to system, Widevine is now back to L1 !

Continue again if you want root:
- Rebooted to fastboot again (not fastbootD)
- Flash the magisk patched init_boot.img with: fastboot flash init_boot WHATEVERFILENAMEITIS.img
- Reboot to system, check if Widevine is now back to L1, and check if you are still rooted~

Hi bro. Do you have a copy of the init_boot.img? Thanks!
