Widevine L1 after bootloader unlock + root with Arter Kernel?

I was curious if anyone has Widevine L1 after doing a bootloader unlock because I do use Netflix quite often. I'd personally would like to keep Arter's Kernel and Magisk for ARCore support plus other fixes that require root. There wasn't too much information in terms for the Razer Phone 2 specifically, not even sure if flashing back to stock and relocking would 100% restore Widevine L1.
