Hello i see video test of moto z usa and I would have the same widget because the version europe is not the same : the widget weather and clock
Is it possible to install a apk american version?

Yes. I sideloaded the apk in Canada on the Moto Z International version (Regulatory Information Model XT1650-03). Should be the same one you have.
