WidgetLocker issue: Multiple lock sounds?

I have WidgetLocker running and when the phone locks I get one lock sound, followed by (usually) 2 additional lock sounds in quick succession.

I don't notice it on unlock, on on lock.

Anyone know what is causing this?

Go to settings > sound > screen lock sounds > uncheck
