Wifi 5 GHz band not working with SIM enabled [Xperia Z5 Premium Dual]

Hi everyone,

My Z5P doesn't find my 5 Ghz Wifi access point when there's a SIM card in.
I tried switching the settings to GSM only for both SIMs (only one slot is occupied), and tested Airplane mode too, in vain. But disabling the SIM in settings and then rebooting, works.

Is there anyone facing this same issue? What's the workaround?

It's sorted out. I guess the WIFI Region is based on the SIM.
I switched my router to a compatible channel (40).

Plus you can use WIFI Analyzer from Play Store to check which channels would be best to avoid interference.
