WIFI Calling - December Update

Is anyone else not able to use WIFI-Calling with the december update as well? It doesn't seem to be working anymore :/

It seems to be working fine for me. I made and received several calls yesterday that were Wi-Fi calls....I'm on Google Pixel XL, Verizon, stock rom, ElementalX kernel, unlocked, rooted. December update.
