To answer my own question, it became available with version 10.0.0.79

Pretty sure I saw a recent post here with the stock images, or you could use FirmwareFinder

Use the windows hisuite program. It has an option to rollback the firmware.

Can you tell me where in settings I can turn WIFI calling on? I have 10.0.0.177 col-l29 and I can not find it. thanks

So I just switched to O2 and my WiFi calling option has disappeared! Seems like it's a carrier thing and not a phone thing..

I asked them to enable it but it hasn't worked. Maybe contact your network and ask?

Also if someone can get the RadioInfo settings to open (*#*#4636#*#* and *#*#6130#*#*) then we might be able to force it, but mine won't open!
