Hi, I´ve just bought an used atrix 4g.
It does not work properly and the seller does not want to refund me.

What can I do?

The seller got you, and he got you good. You were just sold a device with the infamous "wifi/bluetooth chip fried" problem.
If you paid with paypal, you can file a dispute with them. Other than that, I don't know, since I have no idea how you bought it.
