WiFi hotspot problem on Mac

I have tried many things and have failed to make my mac detect the mobile hotspot
The hotspot works just fine on Windows and Linux
Have tried manually adding the WiFi ssid in network settings
Also tried using an edimax WiFi adapter I use for one of my hackintosh
Although USB tethering works fine
And other android hotspot with the same security wpa2_psk are detected
Just not my ONEPLUS.

Any help is appreciated

Found the solution
Just changing the WiFi AP name fixed it for Me.

A note to MODs please close this thread, issue is resolved
