I have a serious problem on my Z4 Tablet LTE. It's running latest 6.0, but from some time I am having problem with wifi module. It simple doesn't turn on, it freezez on "Turning on..." screen. I've tried almost everything from factory reset to Xperia Companion Firmware recover. Unfortunately, nothing fixed the problem.
I am thinking of downgrading to lollipop, is it possible without root? I don't want to root the device, since if downgrading doesn't fix the problem, I will have to send the device to warranty.
After some research on the topic, I've found out that It's more common issue on Z4 tablet, someone has even recorded how the issue looks like. However in my case tablet doesn't reboot. Here is the link:
