WiFi not working after sleep sometimes

Hi

I'm on the latest 4.3 with ota, rooted

Sometimes when I wake my tegra note up the wifi signal shows no bars and I get not connected to the internet error in chrome when trying to browse.

If I go into wifi settings it shows connected to my BT home hub with good signal but the status bar shows no bars, I then cannot get internet to work without rebooting, wifi off and on, airplane mode off and on doesn't forces it to work

Anyone else had this and got any suggestions?
