WiFI not working on custom kernel [Android 7.0] [stock]

i've bulid a kernel from source for 7.0 stock.

Working flawlessly as i used stock config but wifi not working(not even turning on) and no extra wifi module is given[as wlan.ko].
But working on all other build[eg. lineage 14.1] as well as wifi.
