Wifi Rom?

Basically im looking to replace the rom on the stock fascinate right now with a wifi only rom with a radio that also pretty much uses wifi only, i dont want to just turn it on and not activate i want to use this as a full mp3 player with wifi only no bars across the top for cell service nothing like that.....Is their a way that someone has some info on how to compile this and or a preexisting rom with these capabilities. I for one like my device alot but its time to upgrade and i would like to continue to use it as a mp player. much appreciated
