Wileyfox Swift's Android One derivative?

I am fan of both Cyanogen(mod) and Android One and I have Cherry Mobile ONE(Sprout8) but there is another phone out there known first as General Mobile 4G under Android One project in Turkey and launched in the Philippines as Cherry Mobile G1 and then I saw Wileyfox Swift from AndroidCentral and saw the specifications, and noticed that these phones share the same specifications and hardware, even the design is the same.

Now, I wanna know if these phones are from one ODM so that maybe we can develop stuff and can be applied to all of these phones without any risks.

Can someone confirm it for all of us? I am on my way to buy Cherry Mobile G1 but I dont have the cash to spend yet.

I would consider flashing twrp if it meant a working marshmallow is possible. Has anyone tried this on their UK swift yet?

Don't worry

You can do it,but you need their stock ROMs and their TWRPs.I'm on General Mobile 4g now but I'm using crackling Oreo ROM of Wileyfox Swift with Foxy Kernel.My device need seed modem seed TWRP and seed ROM but I'm using crackling version and no problem now.And i won't change this phone anythime,maybe I buy a Wileyfox Swift from Amazon because it's case better I'm using my phone for 3.5 year and I love it.
