Will Google Maps Navigation work in Europe? As it was disabled on the Moto Droid in Europe, is it enabled on the Nexus One?

Will Google Maps Navigation work in Europe? As it was disabled on the Moto Droid in Europe, is it enabled on the Nexus One?

My guess is no.

The reason it's disabled outside the US is map data - if you open maps.google.com and zoom in on the US, you'll see something like "Copyright Google Inc". If you go over Europe, you'll see they're still using the Telesync maps. They probably haven't licensed it from them, and probably won't.
