It's believed that they can still tell ...but so far no one has reported being discovered .
Unroot and reset ...
You should be fine ....g

The GPS issue is in the roms not the phone bud. Thats software issues with most ROMs..

Depends on where the warranty is through I am with future shop and I've rooted and returned it to stock and they couldn't tell plus future shop just gives me a brand new phone on the shop if I'm having problems.

So which ROMs do not have a GPS issue?

Well I have not exchanged my Note after being rooted, but my guess is just revert back. If they can tell, they probably will not do anything. I mean, Im sure that they have people that troll this forum and they know people root there phone. Kind of like when you bought a computer and they sealed the back so that you couldnt upgrade without voiding the warranty. Eventually they had to change that and allow personal upgrades. Eventually they will have to do the same with flashing ROMs!!
