actually the Source Code is already on AOSP's website for developers.

No it isn't. We have access to source code for the GPL Libraries, nothing more.

pardon my ignorance but sdk is good for making roms or just to make apps for it...or just to release hacks for other platforms like 3.2.2 ,etc. i just know its good lol but dont know what good it can be.

We might pull some applications, but we won't be porting the sdk emulator to the xoom.

Here's a little insight about ICS on the Xoom. We will get it. Will the Xoom be the first to get it? They cannot say, but we will have it for sure. Nothing to fret about. We all knew it would happen.

We have to wait 6 weeks after some rubbish phone is released to just get ics. Darn you Google.

what i heard was moto is going to update it ASAP,but most likly after asus's transformer prime come out later this year

Google already has ICS running on the Xoom, there's a photo floating around somewhere.

Also, they haven't just been designing and testing this on phones like the nexus s and galaxy nexus, they would also have to be testing this on a tab as well to ensure everything is working. If past history is anything to go by (and the previously mentioned pic), then this tab has been the xoom.
