Question Will we see windows 11 running in tab s8 ultra when it updated to android 13?

Well, android 13 can now use KVM to run Linux through virtualization. However, Samsung have to allow it on his firmware...
Google Pixel phones already can virtualize any OSes with a new app called NestBox.

it can but the firmware is up to the hardware manufactiriers for example qualcomm wont outsource anything even to get the developer tools from them your compiled code will need to pass ther validatior so there sould be the adressing preferably y like the exynosss aproach is much more open and kvm is enabled by default but why virualise if you can runn baremetal we are not limited by the harware specs

I'm actually using remote desktop with curtain mode, but using the Adobe softwares directly on the tablet would be amazing

I would like to see if I can get this to run. I know Linux runs fine on my Tab S8 Ultra and this build is a windows clone that uses Wine 7.0 to run exe and MSI files.

There are a few other devices that are running Windows ARM and even games. Poco X3 Pro is one of them. Not emulation, *NATIVE* boot.

Which it also has Qualcomm cpu if I'm not wrong, so i don't think it is a cpu problem we haven't windows support, but it's Samsung fault..

What are you talking about? LOL It has nothing to do with OEMs here. Windows ARM was PORTED to certain devices, more specifically it can be used only on SOME SOCs. SD855 and one other are the only ones somewhat usable. This is not OS related or OEM related. This is not EMULATION I'm talking about, I'm talking about "NATIVE" OS running on the device.

I understand what you say but I still believe it is oem related also. Samsung nowadays, it's not the same company it used to be in the past, when all their devices was completely unlocked and actually helped moding. Now she does exactly the opposite. Even to root their devices it's a pain.
I also have windows tablet galaxy book 12. 2500$ when it started sales. Probably the only one which you can't installed Linux, android etc. Every similar device like Microsoft surface do support. Samsung didn't even supported windows 10 updates, and having problems after a while if you updated (everybody, not just me). You had to stay to older versions. Basically Samsung tried to make you buy the next model.
I'm not a hater. On the contrary, almost all my devices are Samsung. But I know the ups and downs, and developing of the community is not in the ups nowadays.
There is Tab s6 pro with Snapdragon 855 (i also have it). It is best seller device. No development on these also. There isn't any real possibility to run windows in it. Guess why? Samsung has changed everything in the way it installs Android to make it almost impossible to do anything else except root.
So saying it's not oem related is simply not true..

I don't know what are you talking about. But rooting is very easy. To unlock bootloader all you need is a switch on developer option. You should try unlocking bootloader on xiaomi, they make you wait for 7 days.

Poco and Redmi able to boot windows natively has nothing to do Xiaomi / OEM. it's all community. Are we able to boot windows 11 natively on Samsung galaxy tab in the future? Perhaps but unlikely. Galaxy Tab is an expensive and a niche device. Perhaps that's why there is very little development from the community. Because it's pretty much a (almost) perfect device for an android.

Most people who have 1k++ and want to use windows, would just buy a surface instead.

Last only hope, someone to create a custom kernel / rom which will support KVM. Not many chances though..

Beside that, I'm waiting for Turnip driver update that work for Snapdragon Gen 1.
We already can run Linux from Termux, however, we need Turnip drivers to use GPU
