I love my S5 a ton, but i think i'm realizing that without being able to re flash i'm just not happy with a stock experience. I have safestrap and run what i can, but that's not the point. I really want to keep verzion, as they have the best coverage around me, and i want an unlocked bootloader.

So the question is, what do I buy? Are there any unlocked versions of the phone out there i should look for that will work with Verizon that still have a bootloader i can get into? My first though was a dev edition but i'm not really seeing any around, other than new ones still going for full retail, which no thanks.. Is that really the only option or is there some other unlocked version out there that works on Verizon?

Thanks for the help!

Your best bet is stick with the S5 and Safestrap. I am running this and it so good, specially the battery...last for ever.
