Win10 drivers needed for N8000

Hello.
Would you please be so kind to point me to correct driver for a GT-N8000 on Windows 10?
I want to flash a custom rom on it and it seems I can't make it work.
Every time I plug in it says something like in the screenshots attached.
Tried:
- installed Samsung USB Driver (v1.7.43.0)
- on 2 dif laptops

It could be, that your cable / dock connector is dirty or faulty.
If your could test another cable (or buy one), this would be the first step I would do.

I have another cable, tried that and it worked!

Which of rom's from your page would you recommend in terms of stability and higher vers of android?
