For those finding it hard to see the message font size on your Windows 7 phone,
one way is to copy and paste the message into a notepad.
This one enables you to change text colour and size,
and it's free on the Windows marketplace.

Download,
pin it to start,
go into settings and select font size, text/background colours.

Touch your text message til a box appears,
select copy,
go to notepad,
press the plus sign,
press the file logo above keyboard,
press tick.
Long way round but at least the message is now big enough to read.
You can also use it to send texts.
Send SMS or Email in the settings at bottom.
