This is my "Restore-To-Stock-Tool" With this with a simple click your device will revert to the stock original Motorola firmware! This tool with restore you to stock from a working state, bootloop, soft brick, and corrupt partition state. This tool can be very useful in various situations. So let's get started :)
Code:
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
*/

NOTE: This will wipe all your data.

Step 1:
Download the "Restore-To-Stock-Tool" zip from here:

XT1575 - Android 5.1.1 [LPH23.116-18]: LINK
XT1572 - Android 5.1.1 [N/A]: NOT AVAILABLE

Step 2:
Extract the .zip to a location on your PC/Laptop you can easily access.

Step 3:
Plug your Moto X Style/Pure Edition into your computer.
NOTE: All the proper device driver must be installed. You do NOT need to have fastboot/adb installed.

Step 4:
In the extracted folder, find a file called "FLASH-ALL.bat" and click it (It is a Windows batch file).

Step 5:
In less than 10 min. your Moto X Style/Pure Edition will be restored to stock android!

NOTE:
I RECOMMEND YOU TRY THIS TOOL OUT ON YOUR MOTO X, SO JUST IN CASE IF YOU EVER ARE IN A PROBLEM (BOO-LOOP, CORRUPT PARTITION, ETC.) YOU KNOW HOW TO USE THIS TOOL AND U ARE ASSURED THIS TOOL WORKS!

Thank you very much for the zip mirror!
I hate to download via filefactory due to their stupid 50kpb/s limit on my 50mbp/s connection :p

To the OP, thanks for the firmware link.

Can you post a md5/sha1 hash checksum? Also, what was the source for this?

Does the MXP have an e-fuse on bootloader unlock? If not, will this tool return it into a "warranty-ready" state?

I know we can never know for sure what Motorola will accept this early but if anyone knows more than I, I'm all ears. Regardless, awesome tool for when I get antsy, start modding, and inevitably mess up.

Thanks!

I replaced a moto Nexus 6 (unlocked bootloader) with Motorola under warranty and they sent a replacement with no issue or questions.

Soft bricked my device and tried to use this to restore to stock; no luck though and no I cannot boot past the bootloader warning. Anyone have any suggestions?

Back in post #12, I asked for the md5/sha1 hash checksums and where this image came from. The post was ignored... So, proceed at your own risk I guess. With that said, the flash-all.bat file does perform a wipe of the userdata and cache, so it should be like starting from scratch.

First boot on lollipop is usually lengthy. Are you waiting at least 10 minutes before giving up?

Well to be fair the RTS tool isn't what got me where I am now; I was soft bricked before even tried to use it.

I can boot into bootloader/twrp. When I try to boot into the system I get stuck at the bootloader unlocked warning screen.
