-Full wipe
-reboot recovery
-flash Rom, flash gapps
-reboot
tried to install this, keep failing with error:
E:unkown command [log]
is there any MD5/SHA1 checksum for the ZIP file?
I suspect a corrupted download
During ROM install I got two errors. Just keep going - isn't important

Okay then let me try again.
Which Gapps variant are you using? stock one seems too big to install
Hi @zaclimon, I'm using this ROM since yesterday... and I tried to experiment a bit...
1) At the end, flashing the systemless Adaway I solved the first issue
2) I follwed different guides to get Viper4android worikin, but I eventually gave up (it installs the driver properly, but doesn't affect the sound at all)
3) My flashlight doesn't work properly, neither with the quick toggle nor with third party app (the app says the torch is "busy"), sometimes a reboot fixes the issue, but sometimes it doesn't (I'll grab a log the next time it happens)
4) I dirty flashed the ROM several times (after messing around with system mods).. and I can't understand why sometimes everything works fine, but sometimes my earpiece is mute during calls (and reflash is needed to fix it!)
5) I also tried latest adreno drivers (they are intended for Marshmallow BTW) and they're working well, no performance boost though!
Thank you for your great work mate!

I didn't thought I have to reboot after I wipe everything. I thought it wasn't necessary.
Also known as- "The method one should always use when flashing a completely new ROM"
you have to give to playservice all the permissionsI've installed the latest ROM V3 from 30/08/16 successfully.
I had to restart and re-enter TWRP to flash opengapps though.
So far Google Play Service continues crashing even with Location permissions enabled; I also tried with Storage as well.
Nougat seem to give the option to mute error messages; so I've done so and it's OK for me..
I do not seem to be able to sync my Contacts and that is somewhat of a deal breaker for me... Anyone have a workaround or a solution?
I am install build v3 and what i can watch:
1. Contacts sync doesn't work.
2. Deosn't work flashlight.
Your Google Play Service doesn't crash?
As previously suggested I gave it "All permissions" still "crashes" (Annoying popups)
have you had a clean installation?, for contacts sync you have to follow my last comment hereI am install build v3 and what i can watch:

I see you install the app who i said, now you have to find this app in Settings->app, and guarantee the contacts permession as i post in this 2 screanshot;Yes. I'm wipe all data and cache, and then install. I am download this application from yours latest post. But it did n't help.
I am understand that it beta build, and it might been not fully working.
I am register on forum, because i want to help developers find more issues and want to help make ram bugless quickly. I hope you will understand me
I'm wondering how the Custom ROM community are dealing with Vulcan for SoC that Qualcomm didn't provide the drivers for Nougat??
