I would say depends on whats bricked... If its the screen you should still be able to access the phone via adb. If its the motherboard its fried and thus likely nothing you can do.
It just hard bricked.. doesn't turn on, doesn't do anything except intermittently vibrate when I hold down all 3 buttons.
Yes, it charges. I taped down the tree buttons overnight to make it keep vibrating and discharge. It was completely dead, then I plugged it in and it did recharge (started vibrating again and felt slightly warm).
Have you charged it up,then held down just the volume down and power button ?
Yup, I've charged it and then tried that combination of buttons and every other combination. The only response I get is intermittent vibrations if I hold down power + vol up + vol down..
Not sure if this will help but I had this happen to mine. I just held down the power button, for a very long time, and I finally got it to boot. I think it was like 30 seconds or longer. Try that and see if you can get the screen back on.
