When I was trying to install a beta version of LineageOS 16 for the Moto G5 (cedric), TWRP finished Patching vendor image unconditionally... completely, but it did not finish the installation. Now, I’m asking myself whether I have replaced the already installed drivers for the camera etc. on my phone already and that there is no way back. That is: Installing an older version of LineageOS might not work because LineageOS 16 already came with a new vendor image.
Is it safe to wipe the vendor partition and try to install the beta version of LineageOS 16 for the Moto G5 (cedric) again? Or am I about to run into serious problems if I am going to do that?
