Anyone thinks that s7 edge charges faster then galaxy s8 that has a smaller battery? Im getting 2h of charging when I put the phone on the official samsung wireless fast charger.

It's very cheap and it charges my S8 in about 100 minutes. It comes with a 2A genuine Samsung power adapter. I'm very happy with it.
Impossible, the stock wired charger charges the phone in 100 minutes. And this wireless one isn't even fast charge, it'll probably need 3 hours if not more.
I forgot to mention that I'm using Samsung adaptive fast charger with the base (the one that came with the phone). I have a feeling it speeds up the charging process.
With that charger it'll still take over 2 hours to charge, wireless fast charge runs at 10watts, wired fast charge is 15watts. So maybe 2.5 hours.

I bit the bullet and bought the newest Samsung wireless charger Convertible Stand, its now down to $60 on Amazon from the original $90. While still expensive you get what you pay for with a quality leather like cover and no crazy logos, and it is also nice to know that it is the official Samsung charger and has the built in fan to prevent overheating. I was able to justify the purchase because it comes with the same fast wall charger and USB-C cable that came with the S8, which is about $20 separately and sometimes hard to find the real ones from the fakes. Also great is the fact it can easily change between a flat pad (ideal for a nightstand) to a stand for viewing content on a desk. I figure I will get many years of usage out of it and it should also work with most future phones for a while.
