Wireless Charging Accessories

Has or does anyone know how or a way to have a wireless Charging Accessory with an extended battery like the Zero Lemon 10,000mAh? I'm thinking about soldering longer wires.
I have the TQTHL extended battery and I don't think so. Before I swapped out the original battery I looked at doing that too. It looked like the coil was under the wrap of the battery itself. I thought it too dangerous to cut it open.

My previous phone was a Galaxy III. It had the contacts but they never offered the option. I was able to buy the add-on on eBay and tack-solder some 30ga wire to the coil between the extended battery and it's replacement back. Worked well enough. Just had to be really careful when removing the cover.

I was hoping to just solder into the pads and just solder longer wires to the pins on the back of the phone. I'm just not sure by extending the wires will I actually get any charge or nothing at all because of the loss in power through the extended cable

The Galaxy III had springs contacts on the phone and little 1 mm^3 tabs on the coil/circuit board.

My Note 4 ( SM-N910T on T-Mobile in the US) has several groups of such spring contacts. I was looking for the receiver on eBay. Most seem to be for a different variant of the phone. If you can find the correct one for your phone, you should be able to extend wires to the receiver.

I found the receiver, I think they are all univeral between the note 4. It uses five pins. I'm just not great at soldering because of my eyes, and unsure if after I do this I will actually get chqrge, loss in the extended wires and the pins are so close I don't want to short anything out. I can't find a schematic or a pin out diagram.

First step is to buy the pad and receiver and test with the original battery. On eBay in the US, the pair are around $15 USD.

If that works, then you're on to the customize task. I have an adjustable temperature "rework" soldering station. If you're not comfortable soldering, I have no advice.

Best of luck.

Thanks, I might attempt it this weekend on my day off

It's not that I want to charge a battery of this size wirelessly, I just wanted to add the functionality. I found the charging pad on eBay and just soldered some wires. It actually works surprisingly for my handiwork. Although it would take an entire week to charge...

Imagine waiting one week... Anyway can you post a picture because I know that there are pins in the back for wireless charging capability and you can buy a product to attach it to the pins and it should work. But with the extended battery (at least mine) not all the pins are exposed.

So I'm very interested in how it looks.
