Just ordered the regular wireless charging cover through Verizon with my 25% discount. Ended up being $29 before tax for those that have employee discounts through Verizon, it's a pretty good deal.

Here, here!

The thing about wireless charging is you are still waiting for it to charge, with a spare battery charger you just wait for a boot-up!

A wireless charger only would be fine if only the battery would last all-day with heavy usage. Or if you sit at a desk most of the day.
Why not have both? I like wireless charging because, well, it's wireless and convenient (don't have to mess with plugging wires). Extra battery is for times when I expect to go a long time without charge. Neither convenience is a replacement for the other

Got my charge back from Verizon works great with the bumper I have. But I think it may have trouble with the spigen I ordered. Def adds a little thickness but not anything bad keeps cool while charging which is nice. Seems to also charge relatively fast.

The inserts add little to no thickness.

I just got the wireless charging plate from verizon and unfortunately it makes the phone to thick to fit in my spiegen neo hybrid case. I have one of the inserts on its way from ebay....so hopefully that one works without making the phone to thick.

Thanks for this most valuable update on this thread. This review is from someone who has the charger cover and neo hybrid cover. You saved my dollars. Now waiting for the qi inserts that will take about a month to arrive from half the world around from China. Funny and we think America is the technologically advanced country, we can't even get a basic insert in here. All the sellers in eBay and Amazon are from China. :(

Just got mine today. It's definitely adding some bulk to it, so as another user mentioned - most (if not all) hard cases will not work. You might be able to squeeze it into a TPU case, but I don't have one on hand to test out. Here's some pictures for anyone interested:

Beat me to it! Got mine in and was about to post picks when I got off work. And yes its textured. Also another benefit is now I have 0 Verizon branding on my phone! As far as adding thickness, it no longer fits in my spigen neo hybrid case. Might try a few more next time I go to best buy. Will report back!

Thanks do let know how it fits regular cases and covers.

I have ordered a Note 3 specific QI insert, will be removing the paper wrap and the pads to modify the thickness, people on other threads say it works perfectly fine without adding bulk.
Can you post a link to the thread(s) where this is discussed? I received a qi charging insert, but can't get it to work with my Note 3 (this one). The insert I got only has 2 contacts, and is not the one on the picture which has 3. Already contacted seller for a replacement, but wonder if there other options. FYI, the insert barely adds any bulk when used with a case even with the paper casing left on, my TPU case fits on just fine so definitely will not pay $$ for the official Samsung back.
