Wireless Media Hubs (Wi-Fi Drives)? Which one?

Anyone have experience with these WIFI SD Card reader? Which one would you recommend?

There's 3 that seems to be decent. Do they all work with ES Explorer?

I know it isnt wireless but have you checked out Meego? It works as an OTG adapter for a microSD.
