With fingerpirnt sensor it possible to scroll down/up in apps (browser, fb, etc.)?

Is it possible to remap the fingerprint sensor in stock rom? Just like the Bxactions app remaps the bixby button.
I would like to use to scroll up/down in apps: facebook, borwsers, instagram, etc.)
