blah.... i couldn't find this anywhere cuz i was too lazy to unpack a stock WM6.5 leak or whatever. so i quickly changed the 1 to a 5 hehe. it's attached here if anyone wants it. just place it in your \Windows folder.

right click and save it as "welcomehead.192.png" before copying to \Windows.

ok one more :p. this one i made with inspiration from the latest Windows 7 build 7068 which includes this imagery like on the welcome screen of windows 7... sooo.. yea.. hehehe.

:confused: i have tried to copy it in windows folder but cant. try to delete the original png file b4 paste the new one. cant delete too.

any idea???
I'm pretty sure you need to use totalcommander or a similar program in order to copy/paste in windows. Also, you should move the original somewhere else like the root of your memory card so that you can put it back just in case.

but seriously once u get used to 6.5, 6.1 and the thought of the classic start menu sends shivers. haha

yea the green leaves dont show :( i shoulda shifted the background imagery around. i was to lazy to save a photoshop file and closed without saving lol..... meh...

What font did you use to replicate the Microsoft one?

hi all,

i might sound like a n00b, which i am ;)

but i renamed the file, used total commander and put the renamed file in the /windows path of the X1

Still it's not working

I have WM 6.5 btw

Anyone can help?
