Woke up to bricked nokia 6 TA-1033

When i used my phone at 1:30 am to check the time, my phone was working properly, and I went back to sleep. When I woke up a couple hours later I checked my phone for the time (was apox. 7:30am) and my phone wasnt responding. Pressed home button but nothing, plugged it in to see if it was dead but nothing. Tried to force reset it but nothing. I ended up force shutting down by pressing down all the buttons and that worked, but now my phone won't start up, it just says 'powered by android' I can't enter the recovery menu, but I can enter the download mode (whatever that is) and I can shut it down. Back in April my phone had gotten soft bricked due to a security update for Jan.2020, and wasn't fixed until around July with a phone repair man reinstalling android onto my phone. but as far as I know my phone hasn't tried to installed any updates, and I honestly don't know what could have cause my phone to suddenly brick itself. Its not rooted, nothing was downloading in the background, only notable thing was that it was plugged in and charging. I honestly don't want to pay to have someone repair my phone again, especially since its not under warranty anymore.
