Over at Woot.com the Tablet P is selling for 179.99. New, not a refurb, and it comes with either the leather or casual case.

But is it worth it?
Considering there has been very little (none) development and U.S. models are stuck on 3.2.1, I am not sure this is a good deal, even with the fantastic price.

I don't see any Jelly Bean ROMs for it. If there were a JB ROM, preferably, CM10, I would probably get one of these.

I got one as they advertised being "ICS ready"...however it is officially not available to US version according to Sony Support. I enjoy the device and it's hardware setup. It's the only one of my devices (Kindle Fire, HP Touchpad (CM10), HTC Evo 4G) that picks up a particular wifi connection on campus which is very helpful. They must've included a better wifi antennae, firmware or something. The browser is a little laggy but other than that it's great. Netflix works just fine. It fits easily in my pocket. What other tablet can do that?

Now, if I could get Google Play Store to stop crashing and ICS then I would be happy.
