How can I get call recorder to work again on my huwaei mate20 pro it stopped after last update

Hi Guys,

My LYA29 (432) are in emui 10. I need for my job call recording.

Do you now if with Dloader method i can downgrade ( with 9.1.0.310 dload) ? Hisuite not works, i don't have options for downgrade.....

I got this message in RED while trying to upgrade to EMUI 10 (firmware downloaded from the link provided in this thread).

I'm coming from 9.1.0.0.347 and tried using upgrading using USB (OGT) but got stuck here after system finished installing the EMUI 10.

Could anyone please suggest me how to restore 9.1.0.346 or 9.1.0.0.347.

I cant boot into the OS and my device has become useless
