Anyone who already has calling enabled can call another User and it'll will activate Calling Features for them. That's all.

I activated the service trough OP, its legit. He will call you and Whatsapp UI will change a little and calls will be enabled.

100% and that's the procedure to activate it.
U can get the ss from Google search.
