i think im gonna reply to dirty unicorns thread. i think its still active or at least a good source to search for some stuff.
loving this aosp rom.
havent tired and BT devices
cant wait for cm13 if its based anything off this rom.
the customizations are nicely organized and easy to understand.

Once 6.0 RIL is figured out, I will try to build it.

The reason it works so well is that it is AOSP based, not CM based

My Note 3 is no longer using Cell or Data. Wifi only as a standalone device. What ROM would you recommend with Cell and Data not being an issue if working properly?

... Nothing you will need to worry about unless you have been flashing different ones already

If you ODINed OF1 to root/unlock, you should be all set to run this.

Yes, it is LP 5.1.1 and is very well put together. I am still trying to figure out why it runs so well... Looks like a combo of straight AOSP with cherry-picked CM12 features.

does snapchat and skype work? and the microphone for them is alright? because on ressurection remix on skype ppl dint hear me and snapchat videos had alot of noise in them

YMMV... obviously, and abandoned 6 month old ROM has to be taken as is. But at this point it seems to be one of few that even have radio/data

Personally, I would use CM11 official with cell radio turned off... it seems so much more streamlined as far as resources It even cold boots in about 10 seconds.

I did have trouble with google play services working with the stock gapps. Once i flashed the nano version it worked fine.

I am using nano gapps with dirty unicorn been using it for almost a full day and it great everything works fluidly SMS data voice GPS and Bluetooth which is a must for me.

I've had decent luck with builds for the Sprint Note 3, seems to be the closest CDMA phone to the Verizon. I have no issues with Tamasek's CM13, save for you need to edit the assert to get it to install.

Just completely died. Had to go back on Jasmine.

After doing a complete wipe of everything except extSdCard everything is working except my BT keeps turning on and off. Any idea what's causing it?

No idea... try a clean flash maybe? But you really prefer the stock system ?

Will give the clean flash a try. Yes, the stock system of Jasmine is great just wish it could be updated.

Im on JasmineROM right now and Dirty Unicorns looks nice. Do I need to take any additional steps to install it and get it working, or can I just flash it regularly through TWRP? Do I need to flash a modem file, and if so where can I find it?
