First of all, this is NOT my work! All credit goes to the author that is linked below!
I had a hard time finding a S4 Accuweather that worked on a ODEX 4.3 for my Note 2. My Note 2 is just rooted and has no custom recovery and ofcourse it´s all stock ODEX. I tried alot of different ones on the forum but not a single one worked. Then I got a tip that the stock 4.3 is the same as the S3 so I started to check it out...
Viola... I found one that worked! In the Galaxy S3 forum!
So... here it is! Just push and replace the Accuweatherwidget.apk (it had to be renamed first) to system/app and set the permissions and reboot. It´s all in the original thread below! Leave the *.odex as it is! It´s possible that you have to clear the data of both the Accuweatherwidget.apk, weatherdaemon.apk AND accuweatherwidget_main.apk to get it to work. I did just in case! I also got the tip to push the Accuweatherwidget.apk a second time and reboot, if the widget didn´t turn up in the widgetlist.
It gets the correct S4 widget but this one keeps the old weather-app itself... just as shown in my screenshots. But the main part is that it works! And it works on a ODEX stock Note 2 4.3
