U will probably find the parts u need by google just as fast as any of us could here. And only u know what u r willing to spend. That being said, check out mobiletechvideos.com first. Good luck with the fix project. Looks like it got ran over by an 18 wheeler......with all 18 tires.

Are you joking? lol thats way to far gone. You could by a "new used" one off of Ebay for $134. I did. Its not worth it any other way.

Hope you didn't pay for that..lol! If you wanted to spend the money..check out Etradesupply.com I have bought parts for my i777 from there. They have a full front housing assembly screen and digitizer including capacitive button ribbon for a decent price. But...I would only spend the money if I knew the only thing wrong was the screen. Flip a coin! Good luck!
