WP7 on HD2 [Cotulla Development status preview]

Even ROM is not a problem for european HD2

I really got some hope while seeing that the HD7 also has a 512 mb ROM!! So no need of 1gb ROM...

I know it was a blind move, I was cleaning out the forum, and I did this thread on accident lol.

I moved it back in Development & hacking better place for this i think.

it would be ironic if we'd see hd2 with wp7 before actual release date. i am bit fed up with android actually, kinda miss my hd2 with good 'ol tweakable wm6.5. just too bad the screen cracked.

its not that it isnt tweakable enuf for me.. i guess im just boored with it..
WP7 is somthing shiney and new.. so it should be a blast for the first 6 months or so..

Don't buy it just in hopes of WP7. Yes it boots but there are many more hurdles to jump.

hopefully Development for WP7 on the HD2 goes as smoothly as it did with android. If I recall I think somebody in HTC said that they couldve made the HD2 an android device really easily.

I wonder if that memory ram loader could be used to load also WM6.5 roms. That could help a lot the creation/testing of new roms for other devices as well.

It was, hence why there are essentially three phones that have pretty much the same hardware all running different os's
