I had this problem. First and the best solution is to find a friend with a Nokia symbian phone like N8. Insert the card into the phone, press cancel when it attempts for unclock code. Then use tools menu to reformat. Get along well with that friend if you ever plan to flash WP7 again.can the sd card be formatted back to fat32/ntfs after wp7 has formatted it? Heard that it locks the sd card??

well i brought my phone unlocked off internet and came with a sandisk 2gb micro SD. I 1st installed on that and my phone froze on wp7 then kept rebooting. I then tried on a 1gb sandisk micro sd which is what im currently using and works perfectly apart from not enough space for apps or music ! and sometimes even texts !what about a original card from HTC? it's not working?
