Anyone have issues with headphone jack? If I go wired I can't make calls, also incoming go to VM never able to pick up call. Does a quick beep and dumps.

I heard BT works fine but wanted to see if anyone else has issue. In car I use slacker was nice to have phone pump through audio system so I can keep hands on the wheel without getting the BT tumor and looking like some Jimmy Nutron dickhead with a jabra on.

Thanks,

Mike
I have the same problem. It sometimes helps when I disconnect and reconnect the headphones, but it is annoying!

I think I read somewhere that it is a WP7 or HTC problem, because the HD7 sometimes does the same (can't find the source).

given the phone you're using... it's understandable you won't get more than a day out of it. can't speak for the attentive phone app. and auto focus... well that's what the camera button is for... oh wait, you're on a HD2 which doesn't have a 2 stage camera button... hence why auto focus isn't working. unless one of the other buttons can get remapped to be the first stage of the camera button like all the proper windows phones, you'll probably be stuck with this indefinitely.

attentive phone works perfectly here. Flash radio 2.12(if you aren't already on it) for better battery, and for camera focus, switch to video....it will focus, then switch back to camera.

I've had that happen a couple of times on my hd7. Unplugging, and replugging in the 3.5 cord fixes it. Annoying yes.

Why all of you scared of going to jail? Free meal ,free shelter with air condition,
try it for couple days if you haven't visit yet.
what the hell???

HTC HD2, Wm6.5 - WP7, Done.

OK, so have nearly got there, just downloading 1.1 Leo70 Rom.

Install earlier HTC Rom for spl~1.42.0000 (Rom Ver 1.66)
Install HSPL3, and select 2.08.HSPL
Install Latest radio 2.**.50.**
(remembering to change name, and download from Xda Dev source, not Google search source, so it comes with Custom RUU)
Install Magldr113
Install WP7 Rom.

Done. Thanks for all the help to everyone who posted earlier and especially to the guys who made this possible at DFT.

Hopefully this helps...

Ok so I think everything that could go wrong went wrong. Here is what I did to fix it all since it's all nicely working now.

At first I had the message on the marketplace telling me to wait or whatnot. This was fixed after reinstalling WP7.

I also had the phone that reboots by itself problem. This was due to the memory card that came with my HD2, the 16Gb one. Not sure why since it never gave me any problems with windows mobile 6.5. Anyways I replaced it with another one I had ... Same brand but only 8Gb. The 16Gb does work. I am using it in my son's Nintendo DS now :) It just wasn't liked by WP7

I now have an awesome HD2 WP7 :)

PS: It did take me like 30 attempts LOL

Keep it bro, as a semi-pro programmer, the HD2's micro mobile chipset is like a x86 motherboard chipset capable of running any code thrown at it with less security encryption to tunnel through in regards to running Os's (being designed for winmo was great (so we can run Android, Ubuntu, most linux kernels but less distros ect), Android would have locked it down too much and hardware within would have followed). HD2 WinMo6.5.x / Android Os Desire-Z-v3 via 8gb microSD Also using Quadrant Benchmark App I get scores @ 2240 using a CPU scaling app and also tweaking the startup txt file included in any Android build I boot. I get 1.4 GHz aka 1421 MHz out of my HD2!! :)

did this really have to be drudged up from the depths???
WP7 has it's own section in the hd2 forums, maybe a better place for this?
