WP8 HDRLens .xap and DataSmart pack

Hi,
Is there anyone have interest on WP8 HDRLens and DataSmart? I have just found them, but i have no skill in development to know if they can be ported to wp7 or not

If I try to install hdr on my phone it successful install but nothing is showing up...then if I try to reinstall I get no update function but only full install like it is the first time I have tried to launch the xap..
