Hhhh unfortunately with this rom, weatherlive refuses to update its live tile, claiming that my device is "inactive". Other live tiles work spottily at best; battery status turns itself off after a few hours and WPCentral is the only one that seems to be updated accurately. Moreover it was stable for the first day or so, but it kept vibrating like crazy in my pocket and I'd take it out to see a white screen... now it reboots randomly, and often.

I had this ROM installed before I changed to 7.8 rom today. There came some market app with this rom, which was able to list all OEM marketplaces and also homebrew apps. What is that app?

I couldn't find it, so I had to reinstall the rom and found it to be WINCO's app store found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1245206
If you have preinstalled them then why there are no options in settings for sound enhancer and attentive phone in v4.1

Yup. When selecting Finnish keyboard the keyboard does not change. If you open a message and try to type, nothing works and the phone crashes.

Do you have Digital Power installed? I had the same problem with Marketplace search, when it was installed. Crashed after trying to search. I reset the phone, left Digital Power uninstalled, and everything works again.
Are there any instructions of how to install this ROM? Will I lose everything like contacts, sms, apps, settings, images and etc ?? Basically will it reset my phone? IS this an entire new flush ROM or an update? I have Att HTC Titan.

Yes - first you have to install HSPL for devices second generation: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1684912 and next you can install ROM.
You lose: SMS, apps, settings
Contacts you have on Microsoft server and when you after install ROM and loggin on your LiveID contacts back to device. All apps you can install back from MarketStore. Images you have to have on your PC if you synchronized your phone with Zune before install new ROM.
