It is terribly impossible to brick WP using RUU. The worse you can do is remove your USB cable in middle of the process. Any other errors are easily fixable by flashing a stock ROM and you get everything to routine. ROM flashing is much straight forward as long as you can enter into SPL mode and your drivers are installed on PC.

Simple solution to use other languages,

At least it worked for me. It´s really easy:
First of all: You must install via cab sender your languages files:
7704---7403---7720---8779
You can find it here:

After installing it you´ll not find your language in settings, but with the registry editor go to :
HKEY CURRENT USER --- MUI ---- and in the CurLang you must change the value you found (1033 by default, the hexa of English 0409) for the value of your language. In my case, spanish, the hexa is 0c0a, but the value you have to enter is the decimal equivalence, 3082.
Just restart and it works.
For the hexadecimal conversion you can use a calculator like this:

http://easycalculation.com/hex-converter.php

After that, going to settings- region, you can change all the configuration of keyboard, date and time, etc... to your own to have the full system working in your language.

EDIT:
One problem detected:When language is changed from US English(409) to other languages camera´s settings dissapear.

A little note: if you have AT&T Titan, use goldcard to flash EU stock rom before doing HSPL step.

Well, I finally got the phone. Fortunately it's unlocked but AT&T branded and has radio 16.23.06.10_16.32.00.23U. The question is: do I have to debrand first to get rid of AT&T or do I just start installing the ROMUtility and HSPL? and after that your ROM-Version? Thanks in advance for your reply.:good:

Before I go on, can you tell me what is the version of your BOOT rom by: power off your phone, give it a kiss, and boot it into USB-Host mode. The way I did this was while holding the Volume-Down button and the Camera button,
You will get a white screen with SPL version 1.10 or else.
If you have the 1.10 you are fine to continue to debrand your phone.

Yes you must use gold card method to flash the EUR ROM first. I repeat, do that first! This will debrand the phone from USA at&t to EUR AT&T.

I'm still a bit confused. pjodm says to use the EUROPE_2.05 rom and the instructions pjodm linked to suggests to use EUROPE_1.09 rom. So which one do I use to debrand? Thanks for any advice.

I'm out and about and mobile version kind of limited, but under Titan, development look for the step by step to debranding your titan by pbp8ntballer. I did it back in the first days if July but I think I used 2.05 EUR rom. However, that is the link that I followed to a tee and it'll help you.
