Ok so I am going to start by saying I screwed up. But I fixed my mistake. I was trying to find a white holo theme for twrp 2.5.0 and I found one but it was for a tablet. So I didn't use it, I ended up loading it to dropbox where I forgot about it. Then today I found it again but forgot it wasn't for my phone :/ Yeah bad news for me... I rebooted into twrp and could only see part of the keys and screen, I tried taking out the battery and when I turned my device back on I immediately would boot into twrp :/ very frustrating, I tried Renaming the theme so it wouldnt work and I could back out but no go because the ok button wasn't visible on my screen :/ finally i decided i would try booting into download mode... it actually worked, then when I hit down to restart, I saw my beloved cyanogen mod logo 
I was then able to delete the wrong ui.zip file and my phone works again just thought i would share incase someone else did something like that to their phone
