Wrong time on my zen watch

How do you sync the time with the phone, my zen watch is showing the wrong time and date.

You may need to try resetting your watch. I assume the time is correct on your phone...

Thank you for replying...I did reset my watch and time on my phone is correct. Anyway..I am very unsatisfied with my Zen Watch...bluetooth keep disconnecting, ok google does not respond most of the time..screen keep on showing like a tv with no reception..restarting on its own. I am returning it.
