Just sent mine back a couple of days ago when the simple fixes did nothing. It arrived there today. Now I am very interested to see what they say about mine. While mine is the AT&T version, I have noticed that it does it whether or not I am using WIFI or LTE. Funny thing is that in the meantime, I have gone back to my old friend, the Xoom. It seems so TINY now that I have had the 12.2 for over a month.

OK they closed my ticket... Replaced the LCD on my note and is being shipped back. I will keep this thread updated... I don't think it was the LCD but I could be wrong and that is a expensive repair for them to do just for the hell of it. So hopefully this fixes it.
So did it fix the problem? I have the same note on my ticket. I, too, am hoping that this solves the problem. I have heard others say that they replaced a board that connected with AT&T, but given that this problem happened whether I was on the LTE network or on WiFi (with or without the actual cellular radio off), I don't think that it is the problem that I am having.

Eagerly awaiting a problem free Note Pro.

I don't know.. I am kind of disgusted with this tablet.. ..I haven't been on it long enough to test .. After using my nexus 7 while the 12.2 was out and the N7 never froze or rebooted.. Which my note 12.2 does all the time I'm thinking of how to return this pos

LCD defect on the Samsung Galaxy Not Pro 12.2 ATT P907A

Ok come to find out after talking to a Samung tech online chat he told me there is an LCD defect on some of the ATT P907A Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 models. I bought mine from the Att Store and had problems with BSOD (BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH) when I would play games or anything that was graphic intensive. After talking with the Samsung Rep he recommended I return it because I was still in the 14 day window. So I am now on the new one and have installed all my apps and games. I tested it out playing The Dark Knight Rises and have had no issues. Also played other apps and games and have to no issues so far. If you are having BSOD issues and you in the 14 day return window exchange it. If you are not able to exchange it contact Samsung and they will fix or replace it due it having a 1 year manufacturing warrenty.

Samsung tech said is a motherboard issue

So I picked up my new one at the ATT store after returning the same model for bluescreening. Worked great then within one hour it blue screened. Soooo, I called Samsung this time and he said they are aware of the issue. He set up my ticket and I am sending it out tomarrow. He said they have defective motherboards. So he also said it will take around a week or so to get it back good as new. I really love this tablet and ATT will charge me 10% restocking fee even if it is defective. I did this before and it worked out nicely with another tablet. Just sucks I have to waite., but at least they are going to take of the problem.

ATT Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 still bluescreening.

So I got my Note Pro back from Samsung and it said all they did was an S/W update. No other issues. I also read this a very common issue for this model. ATT issued an update for this supposedly which I downloaded and installed the other day. I am still having some Bluescreening issues. Anyone else have any helpful info?

Sorry I don't have any helpful info.. even after the latest update (12/12/14), I am still getting blue screens. I've performed a wipe cache partition as well and it still does the blue screen and restarts. I'm wondering if it is just the kernel for the SM-P907a that is causing this blue screen issue. Has anyone else rooted the SM-P907a had a blue screen? Or had a blue screen with the stock kernel and then rooted it and did not have any issues thereafter?

I'm seeing the same problem with my P-907A. Since Amazon delivered it on Dec. 4th, it's displayed the blue screen then shut down several times. Happened once while I was using the app "iMindMap HD" written by the folks at ThinkBuzan, and then again while I was using "Smart Note" written by MyScript (the company that I'm guessing wrote the code Samsung's using for the handwriting recognition features). Both times, to get it back on I had to press and hold the power button for a while.

Samsung Note Pro 12.2 Auto shut off

We are having the same problem with our At&t Note pro. It will turn off and not come back on sometimes for hours, sometimes for days. It is now being 'repaired' for the third time. Each time they say that they cannot find anything wrong with it. They also refuse to replace it. We spent a lot of money on a a tablet that never works. Their answer, is that we continue to send in; until the warranty runs out. AT&T keeps saying it is Samsung that needs to fix it, and they cannot do anything either.

I recommend start leaving your experiences for the reviews on the att website. The note 12.2 has almost 5 stars. There are a lot of people that will continue to buy this and get stuck like we are. Start reviewing the note 12.2 on the att website , be honest let people know what they could be in for

I have the same issue on an international LTE version P905. So it seems it is not limited to the branded versions.
Has anybody experience with the Lolipop update 5.0.2? Has this issue be seen with this updated Android version?

I did a clean install on my P905 two days ago. I used Odin and the latest Lollipop-ROM (United Arab Emirates) from sammobile. After that i rooted it with cfautoroot and freezed Knox with Titanium Backup. The Bluescreen is gone so far. My P905 also freezed every night in Standby to a black screen. This problem is also gone so far.

without a case

I had the blue screen issue up until i took it out of case. I also installed a cpu monitor app. It might be a mothboard issue exacerbated by heat. I had a thick case, and I guessing i overheated it. A tight case doesnt allow for expansion thats for sure.
One month without a blue screen. Nock on wood. Consider your environment.

After 2 weeks of usage I can now confirm that the blue screen is gone with Android 5.0.2 upgrade for me. I had it at least twice a day before . Since the upgrade I had not a single blue screen. I stil have the same apps and the flip cover. No other changes.

It did it again in the middle of something. I had enough and sent it in. Hope it comes back fixed.

Without a case reduces it but why? expansion solder joints.. ?
I can't have this thing blue and reboot without warning, when I am taking notes.

If its still physical perhaps, but load does matter. Perhaps 5.0.2 isn't stressing the cpu like 4.4.4 did.
Its hard to say, but if after taking mine out of a case reduces it, does indicate a physical problem. More efficient firmware can
lessen the problem.

idk. Just can't wait to get mine back.

Yep, mine keeps doing it as well. Looks like another Samsung lemon. Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 is junk, on my second one, constant BSOD and Samsung denies it.
the same thing was happening to me and I sent it in to get fixed buy Samsung, it was still under warranty. they replaced it without questioning and send it right back

SOLVED!

Old thread, but I'm gonna bump it up with what seems like a :

** POSSIBLE SOLUTION **

For flickering screen during video playback only check this post : LINK

For random re-starts, irregular charging & screen flickering (especially when the battery is low), it turns out there is a hardware issue. The connectors from the battery aren't soldered on properly.

More info here

If you know how to solder, its a pretty easy fix. Remove the back cover, and re-solder the connectors.

Here's a 2-part video with one possible solution:
