I already done the full conversion from CN to WW ( fingerprint and themes). I unlock the bootloader from ww .12 then i flash the root img file, i install magisk manager and root explorer then i change the COUNTRY file to WW and delete the HIDDEN file. Then i flash the bootstock ww, but my wifi and my camera stop working. So i flash the 1908.21 raw rom and everything work again but i always have the SafetyNet Test failed. Then the 1910.35 update come out and i downloaded from the asus web site to the root storage i restart and i update in the notification manually. Everything goes well, but i always have the SafetyNet Test failed. Searching on google the major of the people says: for resolve this problem you need to re-lock the bootloader. Is that correct? If yes how i can Re-lock it?

Just do "fastboot oem asus-csc_lk" when in recovery mode.
I already place this in root folder, cant seem to update my phone. Im using Tencent version fully converted to WW with WW fingerprint.
When I reboot to recovery, no update zip option also.

No need to reboot to recovery, you should only need to reboot to system and it should prompt to install update...
Have you checked with device info hw from playstore to check your fingerprint has definitely been changed...? Its under systemNo prompt to update after reboot. I did not rename the file.
Please help.
Also, its should be on root of storage, not in any folder, where you see ringtones, music etc etc. Just paste it there
Already checked it yesterday, 100% im on WW with WW fingerprint.

Well that's really strange bud.. There's another user that just plain can't get any raw WW Rom to flash too.. I know this has nothing to do with your problem, but I'm finding it strange that these devices seem to be 'fussy' about flashing and /or updating... Weird is all I'm saying.
Not meaning to doubt you, but can you take a screenshot of where the file is located...?
did you download it twice or something? there's a '_2' at the end of the file that i don't think should be there... delete that.
it should read UL-ASUS_I001_1-ASUS-16.0631.1910.35-1.1.207-user.zip

Hello man i want Ask a fast question... I buy this phone from ebay, i live in italy, i know It Will arrive with ww rom on a tencent device and i was fine, but im having big problem and i think Is because i got an old rom with no OTA possible and with really low skill for manual update...
I want ask if you could suggest me what i must do for improve, fix and update this phone.. i know asus dosent support tencent version with WW rom but im having too many troubles.. eBay YouTube Google backup works only with wifi and i need to clear all the data for make then work again... Really pissing...
